We perform inspections at every step of the product journey.

All Oakridge parts go through a First Article of Inspection process. The first part is checked by the machinist and then given to the Inspection Department where the part dimensions are checked and verified to the print.

XO 55 CMM Machine
The XOrbit is the ideal coordinate measuring machine, wherever the core aspects of measuring are required and where rapidity and ease of use are in demand. It can be used for checking incoming goods and throughout the production cycle until final inspection, since it fulfils all major demands.

Mitutoyo Profilometer
The Profilometer is a Mitutoyo Model SJ-210. If you have specific surface finish requirements whether the part is small or large, the SJ-210 compact and portable for enhanced on-site measurements. The SJ-210 meets the following standards JIS, ISO, ANSI, AND VDA.
